1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and crown66 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features provided through the official crown66 website.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing the account registration process, or continuing to use any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the entire content of this Agreement, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use crown66 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be included on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Not be registering on behalf of any third party.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you based on the jurisdiction in which you reside.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Opening

Each individual is only permitted to open and hold one active account at crown66. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and truthful. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. crown66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

crown66 accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, while the minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. These limits apply to all payment methods available on our platform.

4.3 Transaction Verification

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to a security verification process. crown66 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the identity and ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account that has been verified in the name of the same member.

4.4 Funds Freeze

Funds in an account do not earn any interest. crown66 does not operate as a financial institution and deposits are not financial savings protected by any government insurance or guarantee scheme.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 to be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Another example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the account balance to RM2,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All promotions and bonus offers provided by crown66 are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. crown66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including attempts to transfer bonuses to other members or using gameplay strategies designed to allow bonus withdrawal without genuine risk, constitutes a breach of these terms.

5.3 VIP Programme

crown66 offers a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Tier advancement depends on a member's betting activity over time. Further details of the VIP programme are subject to a separate policy and may be changed by crown66 at any time.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the crown66 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) or are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear technical error.

In situations where a technical fault, connection disruption or system error occurs during an active game session, crown66 reserves the right to void the affected round. Game results produced as a consequence of software errors or technical faults are considered invalid and crown66 is not liable for any winnings or losses arising from them.

7. Prohibited Member Conduct

Members are prohibited from carrying out the following on the crown66 platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game results or exploit bonuses unfairly.
• Uploading, sending or distributing content that is unlawful, disruptive or harmful to the platform's systems.
• Using payment information or identity belonging to another party.
• Carrying out any activity that crown66 believes may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the crown66 customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all applicable bonus requirements must have been met or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure.

8.2 Closure by crown66

crown66 reserves the right to suspend, block or terminate any account at any time if crown66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has breached any provision of this Agreement, or if required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, crown66 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes or service interruptions.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and crown66 makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crown66 operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
